Photos and videos published on the Platform are stored by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States — www.cloudflare.com), on its R2 storage service, in storage restricted to the European Union.

4. Intellectual property

The Spotitem trademark, the logos, the graphic charter, the texts, the structure and the software of the Platform are the property of SPOTITEM or are licensed to it. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Content published by users (listings, photos, videos, descriptions, reviews, business logos and banners) remains the property of its authors; its use by SPOTITEM is governed by Article 22 of the General Terms of Use.
